Throughout the years our haunted events have helped not only to save, but often resurrect the mostly vacant and abandon houses to their glorious past .  We follow required codes and bring the venues up to standard for the event. Then additional rehabilitation of the property can begin with monies generated from the event.  We can assist a historical group or property owner with the master plan.
